The SINAMICS ® G120 family of closed-loop vector drives offers high levels of integrated safety, energy savings, and network connectivity. Available in ½ to 335 HP, this modular and scalable standard drive may be configured in a wide variety of designs to meet many industrial drive applications. In addition, built-in math and logic eliminate the need for a separate PLC.

The EN 60204 safety functions of the SINAMICS G120 are fully integrated into the drive and include Safe Torque Off, Safe Stop 1, Safety Limited Speed and Safe Brake Control. As a result, production plants obtain greater levels of safety while requiring less overhead to integrate the drives into fail-safe, automation, and drive environments.


SINAMICS S120 modular motion control drives are designed for high performance drive applications in mechanical and systems engineering. With Siemens high performance drive capabilities, you get a range of coordinated components and functions as a complete motion control drives package. Our motion control drives include high-performance single drives and coordinated drives (multiple-axis applications) with vector or servo functionalities hat allow implementation of customized high performance drive solutions. With SINAMICS S120 motion control drives, you get a high performance drive that is flexible and increases productivity.


The servo drive system comprises the basic SINAMICS V90 servo converter and SIMOTICS S-1FL6 servomotor. The system features eight converter frame sizes and seven motor shaft heights to cover a performance range from  0.05 kW to 7.0 kW for operation in single-phase and three-phase networks. Can be simply integrated via PTI, PROFINET, USS, Modbus RTU. The SINAMICS V90 servo drive system enables a wide range of simple Motion Control tasks to be implemented cost-efficiently and conveniently with the focus being on dynamic motion and processing.


Siemens is offering a simple and cost-effective drive solution with its compact SINAMICS V20 Basic Performance converter. SINAMICS V20 sets itself apart as a result of its quick commissioning times, ease of operation, robustness and cost-efficiency. With nine frame sizes, it covers a power range extending from 0.12 kW up to 30 kW in the voltage range 1AC 200 V to 240 V and 3AC 380 V to 480 V.


When it comes to quality, reliability and functionality, SINAMICS DC MASTER DC Converter is absolutely on par with its predecessor SIMOREG DC-MASTER. However, new features have been added and useful functions from the predecessor series have been included as standard. SINAMICS DC MASTER is the new member of the SINAMICS family, which has many of the SINAMICS tools and components known from the three-phase AC technology, which have now also been made available for DC technology. The SINAMICS DC MASTER DC Converter range of DC converters sets itself apart as a scalable drive system – for basic as well as demanding drive applications. For the standard closed-loop control, the DC converter is equipped with a standard Control Unit for converters (standard CUD). Expanding the drive system using an additional Control Unit for converters (Advanced CUD) makes sense to address applications requiring a higher computational performance. The DC converters of the SINAMICS DC MASTER series combines open loop and closed-control and power units in one device and especially sets itself apart as a result of its compact, space-saving design.
